Final planning of mechanical installations, electrical systems and special installations concerning the Music and Culture Park of Florence. The intervention based on the call for tenders, expected the construction of a Theatre with a Great Hall of 2.000 seats, an Auditorium with 1.000 seats and areas connected to it (rehearsal rooms, changing rooms, warehouses and workshops), a commercial area and an underground parking lot. The general - 
layout of installations planning has been aimed at the achievement of an extremely efficient general technological system, oriented at the maximum energetic containment and the reduction of impacts compared to environmental pollution. It set three targets of equal importance:
Maximum containment of energetic consumptions
- Total elimination of atmospheric CO2 emissions
- Self production of electricity aimed at covering 75% of requirements for the production and distribution of hot and cold in the entire building complex.
