The project for the transformation of the ex Novarese colony in Rimini has seen the restoration of the original building built and inaugurated in the presence of Mussolini in 1934. Built at the peak of Italian rationalism it clearly embodies its principles.
The building is under protection of the Superintendence of architectural properties of Ravenna.
The reclamation is part of an ambitious project that foresees the building of a wellness centre. There are plans to build a hotel inside the ex colony for the clients of the centre and a 2.000 m²
